War Zone Latest Violent Crime Call Out in Albuquerque

During the early morning hours, the Albuquerque Police Department swiftly responded to a dire situation. A call came in, reporting a shooting near the intersection of Chico Rd NE and Wisconsin St NE, shortly after 4:00 AM. APD Officers arrived at the scene and discovered one person in critical condition, who has since been rushed to a local hospital for urgent medical attention.
APD Detectives are currently gathering at the scene to launch a thorough investigation into the incident.
While on the scene, we noticed investigators examining a vehicle parked at the residence.
