SWAT Situation at NE ABQ Apartment Complex Ends with Arrest for a Felony Warrant

NE Albuquerque - According to APD, their SWAT unit is responding to help detain an armed individual who is barricaded inside an apartment within a Northeast Albuquerque apartment complex.
Officers have been at the Enclave apartments, located on Osuna Place, between Wyoming Blvd. and Eubank Blvd. since 8:40AM. attempting to negotiate with the individual.
The individual was finally taken into custody without incident for a felony warrant around 2:00PM.
