Wallin had a restraining order filed by an estranged girlfriend alleging sexual misconduct with her daughters including the one he killed Sunday. The restraining order was filed on April 4th, 2022. The order mentioned Alexia Rael in the complaint and it also mentioned Wallin owned a ”9MM 380 Ruger(sic)”. The restraining order alleges Wallin would sexually abuse the daughters and it went on for two years.

The information sheet Alexi Rael put what gun she knew he had in possession.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff's office was the agency investigating the sexual abuse claims. A hearing for the permanent restraining order was scheduled for later this month.

A LinkedIn profile search listed a Bradley Wallin as a branch manager at a local bank since 2014.
