Albuquerque, NM - On 4/20/2023, Special Agents with the Bernalillo County District Attorney's Office and the Albuquerque Police Department arrested Tyyarri Lynch, who was, wanted on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Investigators say that in January of this year, Lynch got into a verbal argument with an employee of The Seductions which turned physical. The dispute started over the price of a sexual device at an adult store. Investigators say that Lynch became so angry that at one point she fired a gun at the store clerk. The unidentified store clerk was not seriously injured during the incident. The Seductions is located at 5205 Menual Blvd NE.
According to a criminal complaint, back in late January of 2023, Lynch got irate with the cashier over the price increase of a certain sex toy. The new state tax on the item increased its original price by $14.00.
"You two wanna fucking die, today," said Lynch to the two employees working that day.
The complaint goes on to say, Lynch then spat in the employees faces. The complaint goes on to say that another employee noticed a "brawl" break out between Lynch and some people. Lynch and the employee then fought in the stores parking lot where a gun was displayed by Lynch and pointed at the employee.
Items collected by police included hair, a .380 bullet casing, and also bullet fragments. A member of APD's CSI unit collected all the evidence and detectives started building their case against Lynch. APD detectives called Lynch for a statement, but when she answered the phone, she declined to speak without an attorney present.
Lynch was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. It is unclear, and the complaint does not specify, which specific sex toy that Lynch was trying to purchase that started the insanity.
