Double Murder and Suicide Happens at Party City Parking Lot Near Cottonwood Mall

Around 12:45PM, Albuquerque Police Department officers were dispatched to the Party City Parking lot at 10254 Coors Bypass Blvd on the Westside of Albuquerque in regards to shots fired.
Upon arrival three individuals were found in the parking lot deceased. It appears it was a double murder-suicide.
The two victims are a teen female and a male teen both 16-years-old. There is also an adult male dead on scene from a self inflicted gun shot wound.
According to an APD tweet, the shooter was a 53-year-old male who possibly knew the 16-year-old female and family. It also states that the adult male knew the two teens.
