Mad Man Arrested for Throwing Beer Can at Walmart Security and Pissing on a Nearby Bus Stop

On June 10th, 2023, Albuquerque Police were called to a Neighborhood Walmart located 11018 Montgomery Blvd. NE. in reference to a disturbance. When officers arrived they made contact with a Walmart security guard who said 45-year-old Matthew Jones of Albuquerque threw a beer can at her. According to the criminal complaint, the security guard asked Jones to leave the store when she witnessed him drinking a beer inside the Walmart. He then threw the beer can at her but barely missed hitting her. The complaint did not indicate what kind of beer he felt compelled to throw at someone after drinking it. The complaint also goes on to say he left the store and walked to a nearby bus stop. At the bus stop he proceeded to drop his pants and exposed his penis to anyone watching and began to urinate all over the place unmercifully.

APD officers eventually arrested Jones for assault and public indecency and booked him into jail.
