Eubank Wal-Mart Closed Due to Suspicious Package

Albuquerque -

In an e-mail sent to the media, the Albuquerque Police Department says officers are currently securing the area at the Walmart located on Eubank. This is in reference to a suspicious package.

They go on to say the Albuquerque Police Department Bomb Unit has been called to the area to investigate this incident. One individual is currently detained.

We will update you if and when information is available on the suspect charges.
