Albuquerque, NM – The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office is committed to the pursuit of justice. The week of June 5 2023, there are three jury trials taking place in Bernalillo County.

· Aggravated Stalking (Violation of Protection Order)

· Receipt, Transportation or Possession of a Firearm or Destructive Device by Certain Persons
