Crime Stoppers Needs Help with Fatal Hit and Run from July

On July 11, 2023 at approximately 2300, a fatal hit-and-run happened at Constitution and Louisiana. The vehicle that hit the person was a red Ford Focus with a back hood, a spare tire on the front passenger side, and a broken headlight possibly on the driver's side.
