BCSO Deputies investigate ABQ’s latest homicide scene
South Valley Albuquerque – On September 4th, 2022, around 8:30PM, Bernalillo County Deputies were called to the 4300 block of Sheldon St. SE in regard to a gunshot victim. When deputies arrived, they found a 50-year-old male deceased from the gunshot wounds.
Sheriff deputies detained an adult male near the scene of the shooting and a homicide investigation is underway. This is a developing story, and we will update if any charges will be filed against the male detained on scene.

This is Albuquerque’s 121st homicide for 2022. This is the 3rd homicide of the Labor Day Weekend in Albuquerque.
