Albuquerque, NM – The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office is committed to the pursuit of justice. The week of August 14, 2023, there are four jury trials taking place in Bernalillo County.

· Possession of a Controlled Substance

· Arson (Over $500 but not more than $2,500)

· Homicide by Vehicle (DWI)

· Criminal Sexual Penetration in the First Degree (Child Under 13) 9 Counts

· Criminal Sexual Penetration in the Second Degree (Child 13-18) (Force or Coercion) 9 Counts

· Aggravated Battery (Great Bodily Harm)

· Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor

· Abuse of a Child (Does Not Result in Death or Great Bodily Harm)
