APD Investigating Homicide at Louisiana Blvd NE & Montgomery Blvd NE

APD officers stand by a sedan which has a homicide victim inside of it on May 13th, 2023.

NE Albuquerque -

The Albuquerque Police Department are on the scene of homicide at Louisiana Blvd NE and Montgomery Blvd NE. The shooting happened just before 2PM on Saturday, May 13, 2023.

We are on scene of the incident and we observed a deceased body in a vehicle and a large APD presence looking at areas south of where the homicide occurred.

Reportedly, the homicide suspect is still armed with a gun and the suspect has not been located as of yet. We are advising people to avoid the area.

APD has not released any information about the victim of the shooting.
